COVID – 19 Communication

The health and well being of our Salon Family and Clients remains our top priority as we navigate the challenges of COVID – 19. We continue to closely monitor guidance and recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control and World Health Organizations to assist in the safety of our Salon Family and Clients.

We are very thankful to be part of such a loyal community committed to health and wellness. At this time, we feel it is in the best interest of our Salon to do our part in stemming the spread of COVID – 19.

To that effect, we have put in place a few temporary changes:

  1. We ask all tenants and their clients that are feeling under the weather or exhibiting cold/flu symptoms to stay home until they are fully recovered.
  2. We ask all tenants and their clients to avoid common or waiting areas of the salon.  If clients must wait for service, they should do so in their cars.
  3. All children visiting our salon must be kept inside your suite.
  4. No pets are allowed in Plaza Park Salons – credentialed service animals being the sole exception.
  5. Plaza Park Salons is frequently sanitizing common touch points such as the front entry door handles.

When communicating with your clients we encourage you to share the above mentioned changes so that they are aware that we are all doing our part to create a safe environment.  Your clients will also appreciate being informed of what you are doing to ensure a safe environment within your suite.  We hope that all our changes and communication put your clients at ease.

We will continue to monitor official guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and the World Health Organization and communicate any changes with our Salon family.

Your health, safety, and comfort are our highest priority. We are all in this together and by being proactive we will get through this together.
